Meet Jay: 

I am a licensed residential general contractor, husband, and father based in Burnsville, MN. 

I have been in the construction industry for over 15 years. I learned my trade from some of the best Master Craftsmen in the area. In 2008 I identified a need for "integrity in communication and quality of work" and AOS Construction was born. From that day I have set out to be a leader in the industry for communication and quality of work.

We do all types of home renovations. There is no project that we cannot handle, large or small. My crew and I enjoy the challenge of unique jobs that require creativity in design and production. So you could say we specialize in projects that other contractors may not want to take on.  We have two full time master carpenters, Dave and Brenton — meet them below — and I spend at least 50% of the time on each job overseeing and working with my crew. In addition I have fostered working relationships with plumbers, electricians, HVAC, Drywall, roofing, and many other trades of subcontractors that have worked with us for many years. I only work with crews who have the same standard in quality and communication that I do. These subs are reliable, clean, and do quality work that I can stand behind. 

Because AOS Construction is a smaller company you will find that communication will be prompt and job flow will be very smooth. This is because I personally run and execute 100% of the management of each and every project. So there is no lag time or miscommunication like there often is between the various departments of larger construction companies. My team and I truly do offer some of the best customer service you will ever receive.
